Municipal Tornado Warning Systems have been our primary interest for the last 20 years. We have installed more siren systems than any other company in the Midwest. The reason for our success has been our emphasis on quality and service. The quality comes in the form of our initial installation and the knowledge of our products. The service comes in the form of our trained technicians. Our techs have been trained by the manufacturers and many years of service, and they are equipped with all the tools and parts necessary to diagnose and repair most problems on site.
In addition, we have installed outdoor voice warning systems that live up to our customers’ standards. Any company can sell some speakers on a pole. We strive to give our customers voice systems that will meet realistic expectations. Keep in mind that a voice system for your average stadium can cost hundreds of thousands of dollars, and that’s for about one city block. Our citywide approach will be a system you will actually use.
While we are known for our expertise in the outdoor warning market, we also can make the system complete by the use of our extensive selection of indoor warning products and controls.
We maintain approximately 1500 storm sirens in Missouri and Kansas alone and average over 150 installations per year. 2003-2004 included the installation of more than 190 sirens in the Kansas City metropolitan area. Contract service packages are available which include 24-72 hour response times. We monitor many of our larger systems in house, so we know if there is a problem and are able to correct many issues without a service trip. |
